APECS and its Swiss chapter (apecsswitzerland.wix.com/home) are jointly organizing an early career (EC) event at IUGG, and would like to invite you to join this event We're planning a small career development workshop followed by a social event. Therefore we reserved a room on Saturday, 27th June 18:15 - 20:00, and invited some senior scientist to give a short talk about their career and to provide useful insights for EC scientists. We're also planning to have a buffet with snacks and beverages. As networking is key in the scientific world, we would like to use this chance to meet/team up with other EC representatives, and to give also our members the chance to interact with each other.
